P0651 is for the 5 volt reference line from the computer. The P0335 code is for the crank position sensor. It will not start with a bad crank sensor or a problem with the 5 volt reference line. Because you are having issues with the crank sensor, it could be a clue to the problem with the 5 volt circuit. I would check the wiring to the sensor and confirm it's ok.
