P1614 P1615 and P1610 no start after ignition replacement

Question

ignition/immobilizer replaced due to attempted vehicle theft. car currently not starting. trouble codes: P1610, P1614, and P1615. I plan to take care to dealer, but wanted an idea of what may be the issue with the car. Hope this hasnt been posted already.

The scan tool is needed to register the key. If a mobile lock smith is available they can register the key, You can try to see if this helps, put the key in the ignition turn the ignition on , but do not start it, wait 5 seconds. turn off wait 5 seconds do this in a period of 2-3 times. hopefully it start, this is a procedure for P1610 lock mode.
