codep305f 2015 chevy malibu means?

I was told by onstar diagnostics that driving short distances could drain battery but what about longer distances?

P305F Dual battery isolation performance

When this code set it means the ECM see a lower voltage during cranking , you can have a battery drain and the if it goes below , the start is disabled. If the code clear during the drive , this mean the voltage went to normal. if not , it a very short drive.
