2005 Ford Freestyle engine code p0562

Question

I have a 2005 Ford Freestyle two wheel drive with a 3.0 liter V6 with front and rear AC and the problem I am having is I was first told my throttle body was bad, so I did some research and found out there was a Ford factory recall on the throttle body but my vehicle was past the year and mileage to be able to be replaced by the dealer, so I put a new throttle body then I was told my alternator was bad, so I put a new alternator and while I was at it I also replaced the battery and battery terminals but now for some reason I have a engine codeP0562 and I would really like to get some help on finding out what is wrong with it...

P0562 TCM power input signal low

Disconnecting the battery can set this code, If you changed the alternator just check the charging system a low or no charging set this code.
