Can a P0455 code or problems cause a drain on my battery or cause my car not to start?

Question

My car won't start. The engine won't turn. I was able to get a jump. Battery is use @450mah. Not sure if this code is the issue or if it was a battery drain or starter solenoid problem (worn teeth).

This code doesn't normally cause any type of battery drain, it's a code for a large evap leak. If the car started with a jump start then it's likely needing a new battery.
