Had to replace engine in Toyota, got out of time. Following codes are still in there, PO010, 013, 121, 222, and P2135.

I should have removed them, before replacing engine, but didn't. Also, maybe I missed plugging in a wire.

ALSO HAVE BRAKE, CHECK ENGINE , and other lights on in Dash
Vehicle: 2007, Toyota, Highlander, 3.3

P0010 Camshaft position "A" actuator circuit (Bank1)

P2135 Throttle / pedal position sensor / switch "A" / "B" voltage correlation

Best way to do this is to clear the code, P0010 deals with the oil control valve and the problem tends to be related to a ECM , you need to check that the oil control valve for bank 1 for the intake is connected. P2135 this is for the TPS . If you have a good TPS on the throttle body the code would clear , if the TPS is faulty with this code the engine goes into fail safe.
