Question

change oss sensor, tested power ground. have a wave pattern on lab scope but it is weak  5.25 volts only drop to 4.5. I have no oss reading on scanner.   I hooked to iss sensor and the computer reads that .

If it looks good on a scope and not on the scan tool you either have an issue with the signal wire or a problem with the computer
