my car will not go faster than 25 mph. and no power to my fans.

my 01 impala wont go faster than 25 mph when put on scanner/computer only 2 things showed up, mass airflow sensor and cooling fan#2 circuit A ..i changed the mass airflow sensor and #2 cooling fan relay and #3 relay..there is no power to the fans but when hooked straight up to battery the fans worked..can anyone help me....

If you coded up a MAF and you replaced it and still can not accelerate more than 25 MPH you may be dealing with a plugged exhaust,  Check the fuses for power
