after you replace the PCSV the way to clear the CK ENG LT is with a scan tool, If you do not use a scan tool to clear the CK ENG LT it would take at least 2 to 3 ignition cycle for the ECM to run the EVAP monitor , from there when the ECM see a correction the code would clear.
