In a P0365 BMW code if the sensor itself is good how do I fix the problem can other things be wrong? The car is running rough

P0365 camshaft sensor exhaust signal

If the vehicle is running rough the  camshaft sensor is just indicating the problem with the exhaust camshaft sensor, try this disconnect the camshaft sensor connection and check for any oil that may have leaked into the connection causing this code to set.
