2000 BMW 528i V6 with code P1749

Question

My 2000 BMW 528i V6 has a brand new battery and all power but will not start. OBDII Code is P1749. Tried ignition switch but found later it was fine. The airbag light is on and so is the brake light but they are fine. Tried taking bith positive and negative terminals off to reset and still nothing. I am freakin out and need my car. Any help would be much appreciated
