changed lock up solenoid but still get code p0741

Question

I have changed the solenoid but still get code.  When driving in the lock up range it seems to be engaging.  I test by applying breaks when in cruise and the rpms jump slightly which, according to a number of blogs would indicate that the solenoid is active and kicking out.

When I changed the solenoid, I also cleaned the connector to the transmission and applied some dielectric grease to the female end to improve moisture and corrosion resistance.  

Can you please tell me what else might be causing these code issue.
