The engine was running fine until it ran without oil & da crank was slightly stripped. The crank was refilled & the original sizes were changed to 10 Mains and 10 Big ends.

The engine was overhauled but after that, it started having a rough Idling, black smoke coming out the tailpipe, started being heavy on fuel, and stalls when neutralled.

HI there

This is normally caused by a bad mass air flow sensor. If the sensor is reading wrong then you will have black smoke which indicates a rich fuel mixture. The lower fuel mileage is an indication as well.
