what is the solution of p0641 code error?

I have cleaned the harness but the error still goes. What are the failing sensors ?

P0641 5 volts reference  2 circuit

The APP sensor 1, Throttle position sensor 1 and 2 , crankshaft position sensor, and air injector reactor (if equipt)
