Where is the intake manifold swirl control valve located on 2001 Ford Ranger 4.0

I have a loose vacuum lin and I cannot locate it's source. I get a rough idle and no acceleration beyond 300rpm

The Ford has either the vacuum controlled or electrical but on 4.0 , you may not have either one of these. Rough idle and no acceleration  , the exhaust system being plugged can cause this , a IMRC  code you still be able to accelerate.
