this van i have changed the e-vap canister/ catalytic converter/ all of the o2 sensors / replaced the map sensor / new coils/ new plugs that toyota calls for still get the 1130 code
Vehicle: 2001 toyota sienna 3.0

Hi there,

I would expect a wiring issue between the sensor and the computer. If there isn't any wiring issue then it's possible the problem is the computer. Get a scan tool and compare the sensors from both banks. They should be fairly close, if not, then you have to continue to trouble shoot the wiring to the computer.
