The EVAP/EGR/CAT/O2 fail inspection fuses are OK and there is no check engine, drove 200 miles. Is the ECM the problem? How do I resolve it?

Why did the inspection component fail? Sometimes the problem is that the vehicle has not been driven enough to complete the test, if that is the case then you need to drive your vehicle more without clearing the codes or disconnecting the car battery prior to having the test done. If the inspection fails, then you need to replace the failed component.
