what is the max warranty you get by law after dealership replace charcoal canister

Dealership changed charcoal canister to clear code in 2015. I am again having the same issue. what is the warranty period when dealers service the vehicle? please advise..thx,

Most states require the dealer to give at least a 1 yr 12,000 mile warranty. It's not like when the car is new and carries the federal emission warranty
