Do technical service bulletin problems get fixed by the dealership free of charge?

Obd code p0172 pops on 2002 sayurn lw 200 vin# 1g...there's a tech bulletin posted for it doesn't that hey done at dealership cost? Thank you for your response?

Hi there,

TSB are not free of charge, they are there for the techs to have a better method of repairing the car, or locating a common issue with the car. Recalls are free of charge, but not TSB. Also, these repairs are done at normal costs there isn't any deal or anything on the cost of the service.
