2003 Honda Accord ex 4cyl. The car started running rough a few weeks after I replaced the starter. I have heard that the starter can cause this issues should I replace the starter again or is it the timing chain cause now the starter doesn't work won't engage to turn the car over just spins not kicking the abbendix out. If it's the starter circuit how do I replace it? It currently would barely start and run roughly now the starter doesn't even engage

Hi there,

It sounds like the starter is the problem here. I would start by replacing it because its not kicking out like it should. Of course test the battery and the cables, make sure they are clean and tight as they may be slowing down the amperage to get to the starter.
