P1354 on my 2002 Toyota Avalon with engine codes P0300, P0302, P0304, and P0306?

Hi there,

This is really more likely an issue with the timing belt, then the VVT system. If t's jumped time, you will get the code for the vvt, but also, you have misfires on all 3 cylinders on the same bank of the engine. I suspect you are going to need a timing belt on this car.
