What actually needs to be replaced?

I have an 05 nissan altima v6 this code came up after my mass air flow sensor code came up and we cleaned the mass air flow sensor. Autozone had no idea what this code even was. What do I need to do to fix my car?

Without knowing what code you are talking about it's difficult to know what part needs to be replace But if you used an aftermarket mass air flow sensor, it can cause a lot of issues. These cars work best with the factory replacement from the dealer.
