P0300 code came up reading cks and cylinder misfire, is it the coil pack?

Code reads cks and cylinder misfiring after changing all 6 spark plugs and checking the intake manifold gasket for leaks,do you think it's the coil pack?

Yes it can be, what a random misfire is is 2 or more cylinder is not contributing, . Some of the most common cause after changing out the sparkplugs are the use of dielectric grease or the tune up grease if too much was applied you would set a misfire condition
