Is there any fluid to add to loose it up?

Auto Zone  tech recommended to try trans X fluid to  loose it up.

P0752 Shift solenoid A stuck on

That might work, when you do this use this tactic, turn off the O/D, , drive in 2nd , then 3rd, then Drive for at least 10 miles and 10 seconds for each gear position . This is mostly cause by dirty fluid in the valve body, other than a mechanical condition with solenoid A and sometimes solenoid B or both
