Still getting P2181 Code and it's running hot, what else should I check please?

Replaced both thermostats on 2012 Dodge Avenger, and new coolant. Still getting the P2181 Code, what other options do I need to check? This is my only vehicle, please help?

When the temperature gets hot, check the operation of the heater or better feel the heater hoser, a heater that does not operate when the engine is hot is a indication that the water pump is faulty, the water pump is built with a plastic propeller, after time and service just fails
