failed CT emissions due to P0603-how to correct?

2012 Nissan Roque---3 Nissan dealerships said they don't know what this is and I need to bring in for a test.

P0603 ECM power supply

This code is what give power to the ECM, When it comes to this code the idle air volume learn would not even learn, Check the fuse No. 62. It is also important that you have a good battery with the ground terminal being proper. If you have a cruise control test that and check to see if that works .The  ASCD (automatic speed control device) if there is a improper brake switch which would cause the cruise light to flash this could also set a P0603 and or P0605
