P3449 - OK, There seems to be no known "FIX" to this issue, whats next?

2007 Jeep Commander Hemi - Engine light came on, ran OBD through key sequence and it threw the P3449 code. I changed out all the plugs, it needed it. Still showing P3449. Next, swapped coil pack and boots with the other HEMI. Yes they are the same for both vehicles, I checked before hand. STILL throwing P3449 code.

Does this actually narrow it down to the MDS system? If so, what next (emphasis added)!!??
