Last month had multiple transmission codes;
P0705 Transmission Range Sensor Circuit Malfunction
P0740 transmission torque converter clutch circuit malfunction

Changed fluid w/ Honda ATF & installed new (Interstate) TRS. Worked great for one day, and then most troubles (slipping/ lurching/hard shifts) returned.  Found I could simply "shift" through the gears - and it works okay.

Was about to order new dual linear solenoid and decided to check codes again. Now have:
P1773 Pressure Control Solenoid B (Old Type)-seems to confirm need for linear solenoid
P0705 Transmission Range Sensor Position 2

Is position 2  2nd gear? Is this a simple positioning issue of the TRS?

P0705 you need to start with this one first,  it s internal short, you may have corrected it by moving in through the gear, but  you still have the short, if its out of adjustment the D light would flash,
