code po306,1st start engine is fine,when turned off & restarted it's misfiring again?

Cleaned throttle body which got rid of 2 codes, replaced plug and code po306 still coming up.

It's possible there is an issue with the plug wires, or the cap and rotor. I would also replace these to try and resolve the problem.
