Can you use obd2 to fix codes P1000 and P1260 on my 2001 Ford Explorer?

Yes you can this code will also set if you attempt to start and there is no start at all. Such as no fuel pressure, no ignition spark, You would to check to see if there are other  code that are set, and do the basic inspection , if the engine does not start , such as checking for ignition spark, the fuel pressure,
