I just replaced the timing belt and water pump on a 2004 Honda Civic 1.7 L Sohc.  Very slight irregular idling now. Code P0301  is firing. Otherwise car runs surprisingly quite well.
Before I get into it  to check wondering if something else may be wrong. Under the impression that even one notch off of the timing belt would result in very significant irregular idling and very poor power and I am certainly not finding that.

One tooth off on a Honda whether advanced or retard position would affect the number 2 cylinder, Being a 4 cylinder engine a misfire is  enough to create a random misfire, (P0300), This type of engine is different when doing a timing belt, there is a update during the installation where the engine installation of the timing belt , the engine is turn counter clockwise, for the installation. Before getting into the timing belt you can swap out the offending cylinder ignition coil with a known good cylinder , and see if it moves. if it does  the ignition coil is faulty
