Hi there,

P0181 is for the fuel temp sensor circuit. The temp sensor is inside the fuel tank and part of the fuel pump module.

The P0430 is for the bank 2 catalytic converter as you know. Most often the cause of this code is the converter itself, but if you have a leak at the converter the rear O2 sensor could be getting the wrong reading and causing the code.

These codes are unrelated and repairing one won't resolve the other.

I wonder why it may detect po181 I just put in a new fuel pump ! You think the sensor apart from the module might be faulty or defective?

Very possible it's a defect, but also check the wiring. Sometimes the wire will push back out of the connector so it's not making good contact when you plug it in.
