P0138 JEEP - what do i do i have changed it twice now and it wont go away after i clear it

Hi there

This code can be generated by more then just the sensor. If you have any intake air leaks, exhaust leaks before the sensor, a bad fuel injector or bad fuel pressure it can cause this code to appear.
