P1518 please help

Ok so I keep.getting p1518
Things ive done, new throttle body, new fuel filter, cleaned all grounds, new ignition lock cylinder and ignition switch. Still having the code and its.cutting out my throttle and causing my tahoe to die. Im at a loss any help?

P1518 Throttle actuator control module performance

This code most set when there is a poor connection at it 16 way connection , there is a locking tab that has to hold it place if you can pull the 16 way connection and it seperates easily you repair that. , that has to be functional. try this the throttle body is fuse protected, replace the fuse listed as ETC / ECM. which is a 15 amp fuse. When this code set it set when it looses its 12 volts power, which is a pink wire to it
