How much does it cost to fix the Pressure Control Solenoid on a 2001 Jetta v-6

Question

My check engine light came on and the read was P0748 which is the Pressure Control Solenoid, so I was wondering how much it would cost to fix the Pressure Control Solenoid and whether or not I should drive the car?

The cost would be advisable to do the whole valve body with the solenoids, The cost is over a thousand dollars, depending on the mileage, rebuilt may be much better, as for  driving it only get worse.
