i have gotten the intermittent circuit interruption code come on twice and shut off soon after.
Vehicle: 2009 honda accord 2.4 vtec

For the cranking code, If you get a P0339 which is crankshaft position sensor intermittent interuption you can set a misfire code, Check the battery condition, yes it can be the battery terminals, Even if it looks clean on its   connection  it can harbor hidden corrosion.

 Honda does not start properly if there is not enough cranking speed, This Honda with a no start, had a brand new starter, the battery was replaced and no start just click , the problem the positive terminal corrosion on prevented proper contact. the fix clean out the terminal
