P2289 Ford - after replacing the icp the truck will crank but no start any ideals to try

The pickup shut off going down the road and would not start again I replaced the icp sensor it was leaking oil through it then tried to start it but nothing I am getting p 2289 code any ideals of what's going on

P2289 Injector Control pressure (ICP)  too high

This code condition means the ICP harness to the sensor is disconnected, There was a Recall for this code condition what the recall was for was to replace the ICP sensor connector and also inspect the FICM (fuel injecor control module) which also was to be inspected. Recall # 05S34S3
