this is my wifes car. It had a bad spark plug tube seal. so the spark plug tube on cylinder #1 was getting oil in it. well she was helping me work on it and she took out the spark plug when there was still oil in the tube so some oil got into the cylinder and now it keeps fouling out the spark plug. how can i clean out the cylinder?

If you already started the engine you run it until it burns out, provided that the seal is no longer leaking into the cylinder, If the engine was not started you can do this either way remove the sparkplug  and the ignition coil, crank the engine run the engine for no more than 20 seconds, reinstall. then run the engine. It wil smoke for a while.
