Scan tool no communication. finally got some history codes 52 and 109 ecm failure ?

Ecm no communication.  Car runs really bad!!. needs a cat but i finally got a  code 52  and code 109. Is this ecm failure

Code 52 and 109 these code together, this a loss of power or the keep alive memory power, You set this code when you remove power to the PCM. There is a PCM fuse that has to be checked, then there is the PCM ignition fuse, if those fuse are open you set a Code 52 and 109 and neither of these will turn the CK ENG LT on. This vehicle is a OBD 1 it will not keep code it gets erased the moment you turn the key off. This is not enough to say you need a ECM.
