My pj 08 ford ranger keeps stalling but is very random

codes PO 191 and Code PO 193 have come up, we have the replaced suction control value and Fuel Rail pressure sensor. It Stalls randomly, there is no consistence to it at all. The code PO 191 came up after i jump started my mower, then we replace the FRP now we get code PO 193, and have replaced suction control vulue.

P0193 Fuel rail pressure sensor circuit high

When there  a P0191 this fuel pump, When you set a P0193 this mean there is no contact or a higher positive voltage to sensor, somehow  this circuit is open or not correctly connected
