2005 Ford F150 5.4L Engine No Start

Question

2005 f150 5.4 4x4 ext.cab tries to start runs for couple sec. and stops.Could it be fuel pump?

P0191 Fuel rail pressure sensor circuit range / perfromance

This would be the fuel pump. The way the fuel rail pressure sensor works is when there is a load demand the fuel rail pressure sensor would increase voltage to the fuel pump.Your on a highway and to pass a big truck, you acclerate the rail pressure sensor would sense the need for more fuel and increase more voltage   to the fuel pump to meet the demands . but instead you would stall out.
