P0641 code shows on the obd11 reader, it will not crank, no fire to the pump fuse

Question

I changed fuel pump, throttle body sensor, cam and crank sensor, ignition sensor, checked relays, fuses, and wires, at a loss. Received multiple codes when the car malfunctioned. Since then I have went through each code and replaced or checked the applicable parts. Any information on what my next possible step should be would be greatly appreciated.

P0641  5 volts refference circuit 1

This is the refference voltage for circuit 1 , which is for a bus line which supplies 5 volts to the following , MAP, sensor, Fuel tank pressure sensor, A/C pressure sensor , APP sensor 2, intake camshaft sensor, You would have to disconnect each of the following sensor and measure the 5 volts refference you can you a scan tool and in the data stream check which one would go to fault . The minimum voltage is 4.3 volts to 5 volts,
