P0011 after timing chain and tensioner replaced

Question

Installed chain as per Nissan specs.everyting at marks. Now at 3500 rpm with and without load the engine stalls a split second and throws p0011 code and sometimes p0340. Replaced already both camshaft sensors and removed and tested IVT solenoid on bank 1. Will greatly appreciate any suggestions.

This code is with the camshaft actuator, on the intake side, check the oil pressure . it common for the camshaft to leak oil pressure
