This will really depend on whats causing the code. This code can be caused by low engine oil, timing issues, bad cam position sensor and the variable timing solenoid. Without a proper diagnosis it's very difficult to know what the cost will be. If the car is full of oil, then I would ballpark it anywhere from $100 and up.
