How do correct code 0018200

Question

Replaced crankshaft sensor, new plugs and coils, new air filter keeps repeating this code.

I would check the mechanical timing and also the engine oil pressure. This can cause the P0018 code to appear. 

The other code is for a lean condition on bank 1. That could also be the result of the timing being out a bit.
