P1409 - 95 Jaguar XJR, this model SC does not come w/EGR valve mind you

Question

Runs really rich and wants to stall when you accellerate in drive, then you have to take it out of gear and get it to pick up the RPM's and it black smokes and seems to mis fire. I've changed the filed out plugs three times and it has new after market injectors.
