Rpm gauge quit working on a 1999 nissan maxima 4th generation

Question

We have done replaced all brand new coil packs and all the spark plugs and a new rear crankshaft position sensor but haven't changed the other one our car has 2 crankshaft position sensors we changed the one close to the pulleys and the transmission also shifts different when the rpm gauge quits working and ideals

usually replacing the phase sensor resolves the issue, not the one by the pulleys. This can also be a problem with the computer.
