fuel nozzle keeps shutting off when pumping fuel.. changed evap vent valve still dose it

cod po449 I changed evap vent valve and check engine still on and fuel nozzle still shutting off when filling

Check the purge control solenoid. It may not be working and pulling the fuel vapors out of the canister. Also, check and make sure the purge line isn't plugged. If the canister is coming apart small parts will block the hose.
