error code on a Fusion B2404 i understand what it says, but how do i fix it ?

Question

When driving the car a low speed the engine will just stop, as if it has run out of petrol.
It also has the code P0133,  which I understand is O2 sensor.
The funny thing is it does not flash up an engine check light, but when using my fault code reader it shows these two faults.
Its the B2404 that's bugging me and how to fix it.
