p0133 how do i fix this?

My check engine light been on for almost two months. I change both my 02 sensor, and replace my test pipe to a magna flow catalic convertor. I wanted to know how i can fix this. before it read off three codes p1298, p0135, and p0135. Now it is only one code of p0144.

There is actually a service bulletin for this code. The computer may need to be replaced. Also, check for issues with the fuel injectors, intake and exhaust leaks can also bring this code up.
